Family Program Customization
As part of Care-Finder Pro, hospitals can embed the family programs into their Web site. This added resource gives patients and families immediate access to information online. Patients and families can help make informed decisions about their care and research options at their convenience. This option is especially helpful for families attempting to make care decisions for loved ones living in a different area.
