TLC is a premier health-care technology company connecting patients, families and health-care providers to coordinate care transitions and locate the most effective living solutions.

This year’s awards included three new categories, including health-care information technology for which TLC won. The winners were selected by a panel of judges that included health-care experts across Washington.
